The Silver Lake Rok is on Sunset, which puts the brand's ultra-premium Uji ceremonial matcha into one of the densest cafe stretches in Los Angeles. Rok goes for a strong profile deliberately, so the matcha arrives forward and properly grassy. The dessert-style drinks sit on the same base and are worth the detour on their own.
