Maru Coffee

The Los Feliz room is on Hillhurst, in the middle of the stretch that makes this one of the better neighborhoods in the city to spend a morning walking around. It runs the longest hours of the three LA rooms, opening at seven six days a week, and its current matcha menu is a latte or straight matcha tea. Oat and almond milk are customizations, not separate drinks. The room is analog in the way the company means it, quiet and pared back with the coffee shelf on show. Bags of the Sanmi Blend and whatever seasonal release is current are there to take home. We treat this as the anchor of a Hillhurst morning, and it is the Maru we send people to first.
