Silver Lake is the original, on West Sunset, and it is tiny. Salvador opened it with his sister in July 2025 to put some Filipino culture on a street that had none of it. The drinks come out in colors that stop people mid-walk. Pandan and ube are the signatures, and the matcha versions of both are what we order, with mango and banana caramel and strawberry all available if you want to work through the board. Ensaymadas and coconut ice cream cover the food, and having both in one place is the argument for coming here hungry. The room is small enough that the queue spills onto Sunset on a weekend, which is its own kind of endorsement. We take the pandan matcha and drink it walking.
