Cafe Telegrama is on North Western and pours Rocky's Matcha, keeping the latte deliberately simple, which is exactly why LAist singled it out. The milk choice is where the character comes in. The current menu offers whole, pistachio, or oat milk. A good matcha changes completely depending on what it is cut with, and this is one of the few places set up to let you find that out properly. Rocky's has become the matcha LA's better cafes reach for, and Telegrama was among the rooms serving it. Come for the plain latte and work out which milk you prefer.
