The Studio City room sits on Ventura Boulevard, which puts it on the Valley's main run and makes it the easy one to fold into a day that was already heading that way. Matcha with soda, matcha with lemonade, matcha with orange juice, the highball, the cream soda, cloud creams in vanilla and strawberry, and the pure matcha or the cortado if you want the tea by itself. Waffles and the matcha basque cheesecake cover the food side, along with toast under matcha pistachio butter. The retail wall is stocked the same as online, so a tin of the classic or the rare can go home with you in 20, 40 or 100 grams. We would take the banana cream matcha latte here and eat the cheesecake standing up.
