Batch Collective

Batch Collective is a mobile cafe serving organic coffee, first-harvest matcha, blue matcha, and fresh-baked goods. The cart currently rotates between Venice Beach and Lake Hollywood. Its green matcha is a Shizuoka blend of Okumidori and Yabukita, with part of the blend aged for added depth. The cart emphasizes simple ingredients, including coconut milk without gums or fillers and dates and maple as natural sweeteners.
