Alfred reopened at Palisades Village on August 15, 2026, nineteen months after the Palisades fire tore through the neighborhood in January 2025. The outdoor center needed over a hundred million dollars of renovation and environmental remediation before it could take tenants back, and Alfred was among the returning names. The reopening is the story of this address right now. Most former tenants came back and roughly a third of the businesses are new, so the Village is part familiar and part untested, and a matcha here is squarely the familiar part.
