About Time occupies the former Caffe Bene space on Wilshire in Koreatown, with a large main room and a second floor used heavily by students and laptop regulars. The current matcha list covers a latte, an einspanner, strawberry milk, strawberry and ginger-yuzu ades, and a matcha cheesecake cookie. Corn, pistachio and Spanish lattes fill out the specialty board. Bagel sandwiches, hot foods, ready-made sandwiches, cakes and pastries make it a full cafe stop rather than only a drink counter. It remains a late option, open until 1 AM Monday through Saturday and midnight on Sunday.
